Migration – plugin settings

    I have been trying to migrate a blog from one ip/domain to another. I’ve used the Export/Import function. I’ve tried restoring from BackUpWordpress plugin, I’ve tried a wholesale zipping and unzipping of the entire WP directory with a mySQL dump. But I can’t seem to get various WP settings and plugin settings to migrate.

    What am I missing?
