Migrating from Community Server

Hi all,

I’ve had a requested to change a clients blog from using Community Server to WordPress. Is there any migration tool/software out there that can take CS posts and convert them to WordPress.

I don’t have much knowledge of either applications, aside from being able to modify the appearance of CS themes through CSS 🙁

Any help on this matter would surely be appreciated…
