migrating from AMPPS

    Hi people, good morning:
    I’m going to migrate from local AMPPS to WP live on Hostgator.
    I’m using Pixelgrade’s ROSA THEME.
    The question is: I have to do a fresh installation of my purchased theme ( Rosa) into WordPress themes, before importing Mysql database or I have to let the themes option in WP empty (without any theme inside) and import all my full DB?
