    Hello,

We recently migrated our site to a new server. Upon successful migration, Ultimate Member stopped working correctly. If you click the link of one of out users, you receive an error rather a profile.

Ultimate Member prompted us to create its default pages (Login, Profile etc.) even though it had already created them. Something needs to be adjusted. Already checked for plugin conflicts.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lgsstudios,

Can you please clarify what error do you see?
    Please attach screenshots if possible.
Check your User page and make sure that you have your profile shortcode there, you can find this shortcode in Ultimate member -> Forms.
Make sure that correct pages e.g. User page assigned in Ulitmate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.

    Regards.

Thanks for the follow-up, it’s fixed now.

The problem was our homepage displayed a grid view of our users (with their pictures, names, and some custom fields). Pre-migration, when you clicked a user’s profile picture, you’d land on their profile page. Post-migration, when you clicked a user’s profile picture, you were redirected to the home page (so it was an endless loop of refreshing the home page).

Simple fix thankfully! When our server migration completed, our Ultimate Member settings were reset too. We were able to correct it by adjusting our Ultimate Member settings.

If anyone is struggling with similar issues (or planning to migrate servers in the near future), we also had to reset some settings that were defined in the User Roles and Forms tabs.
