No you shouldn’t use Front Page to edit a WordPress blog. You would use a file editor to edit the files.

Bob,
On your right-hand sidebar – under the heading of “Meta”, click “Login”. This will allow you to access your wordpress admin section. In regards to FrontPage – Please do not use this piece of software for web development…. EVER! While FrontPage may enable a user who has no knowledge of html with the ability to create and publish a web page – it will absolutely butcher everything else.
Hope this helps,
-Mike

Mike,
Yes I know how bad Front Page is for coding. I use it to see how a page will look.
Thank you for the tip. I didn’t notice or know what “Meta” was. This should get me started.
Thanks much,
Bob

But I can’t log in. I’ve tried the username I used to register with wordpress and the password they gave me.
And since my blog is hosted by my own hosting company, I tried my user/pass from them. Neither work.
I suspect I should be using my hosting user/pass and the problem might be that I’m not quite set up with them yet. I transfered my domains to them not yet 72 hours ago. Should be ready later today.
Or do you see a problem I haven’t thought of?
Your username will be admin and the password will be the one that you saw when you setup the blog, unless you didn’t setup the blog yourself. Have a look here. The easiest option is number 5.
1hank1,
You’re welcome:)
Try admin as your username and the password that WordPress sent you as the pass. There is no need to use your hosting provider’s username and password to log into WordPress administration.
Hope this works,
-Mike
