Vimeo protocol-relative embeds not working

Hi – just wanted to flag that finding thumbs from Vimeo embeds doesn’t work at the moment, due to their default embed code using protocol-relative URLs (if you add ‘http:’ or ‘https:’ the the iframe url, it will work).

This looks like it would be a similar issue to the 2.0.3 YouTube fix in the change log, fwiw…
