Metro Theme problem

Hi there,
I hope somebody can help me. I put my clients WP site together and used the theme “Metro”. It works fine on most computers, but one person had a problem, the background image (non was selected) showed up, as well as font colors changed from blue to white.
Did somebody have the same problem, and did you solve it? If yes, could you tell me how?!
