Metasliders

HI there
I have been trying to add a meta slider that used to be on my home page. I don’t know what happened to it. I asked if I can go to an older version of the home page, would that work?
I see that I can add [metaslider id=”30″] to the page. But how do I do that?
Please advise, as I have asked a few times but haven’t had the fix yet.
