Try a meta tag or seo plugin:

Look into the Taxonomy system in 2.8

This may sound like a silly question but I’m knew to WordPress and I downloaded http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/

My question is, how would I have this SEO pack on my internet site? How would I upload the files?

Go to the “Plugins” section on your right hand admin panel, choose “Add New” then choose “upload” from the top of the page. A box should display that will let you browse to your plugin and upload it. after it’s been uploaded, you will need to Active it before it will work.
