META TAG PLUGIN HELP!

    Hi I am very new to using meta tags and I have downloaded the meta tag manager: http://netweblogic.com/wordpress/plugins/meta-tag-manager/

    I still cannot figure out how to make these meta tags and what I need to put in the required fields like meta name= ________? and content=______?

    If someone could please help me that would be appreciated. Thanks.

    meta name= description
    content= “write a description of your site. It’s the short blurb that shows up in search engines” (no quotes)

    meta name= keywords
    content= “list all keywords that could be used in a search engine to find your site separated with commas. Like for this webpage your looking at now, keywords could be:” wordpress, question, metatag, plugin, help, how to, sophiewordpress5, PhotoShark, your welcome
