WP Chat support:
I recommend opening an issue in the Meta SEO forum https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-meta-seo/ explaining that when you enable the plugin, the Classic Editor link editor stops working

They might be unaware of the issue

Had to diconnect the plugin.
