    Hi pimmesz,

    All messenger theme dimension can not be customized.
    So, Let us know which messenger Theme you are using.
    Or provide a link to the page with above messenger.
    We will check and update you accordingly.

    If you are using Canvas theme of messenger, Add the below css in Custom Code > CSS area.
    Adjust the max-height according to your requirement.
    #ig_this_message .ig_body{ max-height: 25em;}
