Messages in options database

    I was just admiring the SQL dump from my blog, when I noticed messages in English. My blog is in Dutch, so I was surprised. They appear to be the complete messages for the dashboard excerpts from the development blog. But why do they contain the whole message? Or even the whole message twice?
