Merge values within product attribute

I was wondering if anybody knew anything about merging values within a product attribute. For example I have “color” as an attribute. Under “color” I have blue, red, rose, green, black, grey, etc….. Lets say I have 5 products under “red” and 5 products under “rose”, is there a way I could transfer the 5 products under “red” to the “rose” value without doing it one by one? Any input would be appreciated, btw I’m using woocommerce. Thanks.
