in Appearance -> Menus it’s not repeating? please provide the website URL too
No, it’s not repeating in Appearance -> Menus. The repeating menus are visible in Customize -> Menus though where the single menu is shown for a split second before the repeating menu pops in.

When I inspected the menu, it appeared that it was showing the #evolve-mobile-menu.
please clean your browsers cache or try simple Ctrl + F5

Found the problem : it was with max mega menu extension, put 1 on active menu instance, for primary menu.
