Menu items

Hi,

This is my website – http://www.play4bingo.co.uk – I am trying to follow wordpress’s help to create a static home page, but when I create a Home Page in the backend, it automatically appears on my themes menu bar. I can’t seem to pick and choose which pages I want to appear on the menu.

I am relatively new to wordpress and not savvy with coding!
