Menu & Edit with Visual Composer

I can’t update images under ‘edit with visual composer’ interactive banner. When you open it to edit, I can’t delete the current image or add a new image.

Under appearance > menu > the dropdowns (eg. Posts) won’t open so I can’t add any new posts to the menus.

I’ve cleared all cache on my computer. There’s no plugins to be updated. The theme doesn’t need to be updated.

I’m not really sure what to do
