Menu disappering

    Problem with my Menu – when adding an item the screen goes white when I try to save. Also categories keep on disappearing a space is left but no name or details.

    There may be an issue with your theme or a plugin on your site.

    The first step to troubleshoot is to identify whether this is the case and if it is a plugin, which one.

    To test whether your theme causes this, temporarily switch to a default theme such as twentyfifteen and try to add a menu item.

    To test whether it is caused by a plugin, deactivate all active plugins and try again. If the issue does not occur when no plugins are active, activate the plugins one by until until the issue reoccurs to identify which plugin needs to be investigated.
