Menu Changes

Ok. First, thanks for your time and feedback. The client site is http://truckerslogic.com I believe it is 3.8.1 If you see the website, the menu looks terrible. Looks like a menu from the 90s. I want to upgrade this menu to look fresh. I don’t know code though. I was hoping they are a great plugin that can do this or another trick. Any feedback, links, articles would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
