Membership/Reading Log/Custom Profile?

I feel like there is something out there that will allow me to do what I need to do but I just can’t think of the right key words to FIND it.

I own and operate a bookstore and I want to offer a reading program for my patrons so they can win prizes for reading. It would be similar to what libraries offer.

I need to have it so that my customers can create an account on my website and then log their pages/time read. I would need whatever they used to track the reading to be able to be updated regularly but hopefully still show their OLD reading logs as well if that makes sense. Ideally, I would love to be able to see these and print them out at the end of each reading period to give entries to each patron for prizes.

Is there ANYTHING that I could use for this, or even something that was made for something else that maybe I can edit a bit to have it function this way? I am moderately okay with editing PHP so I might could work with an existing plug-in if it were something that could have the functionality even if it wasn’t designed for this purpose.
