Membership/group site plugin combination

What I’m trying to do is set up a membership site with wordpress. The problem I’m having is finding the right combination of plugins to achieve the functionality that I require.

The way that I want the site to work is:

-The membership is split up into groups.
-Each group has one paying member and the rest are free.
-The paying member has admin capability over controlling the membership of their group (adding members, sending invites, and accepting group requests)
-The paying member has to have editing rights to one page (or post) which is visible only to the members in their group.
-When a member logs in I would like them to be redirected to their one page.
-The memebrship has to be compatible with a discussion forum.

I have come close to getting this to work. My problem always ends up being compatibility of plugins. Rolescopers and Buddypress, if they worked together would be perfect. But they don’t.

I want this to be as automated as possible. When a new group is added it takes minimal time to duplicate the setup and hand over that group to the group admin who takes the reigns from there, editing their one page and editing and moderating group memberships with automatic permissions set to view the one group’s page.

Thoughts?
