Membership regstration form

Hi, I have searched and thought I had finally found a membership plugin that suited my needs. The biggest problem has been all the other plugins I have looked at had membership terms in days, months, years. I needed to run membership for seasons… until 31 Dec, with people signing up anytime through the year.

Simple Membership does this.

I have set it up but cannot find anywhere to change the form fields, add additional fields. I have set up a list on Mailchimp with all the fields I need, but cannot seem to find how to customise the registration form to have all these extra fields.

I also see the registration shortcode only shows the fields for setting a username & passwords, plus basics like name & email.

If I look at the fields in SM for members, there are a more, but not the ones I need.

I would really appreciate help on this please
