Member Plugin Option

Hey guys
I’ve had a good hunt around but not finding the WP Membership plugin that suits and I thought perhaps some of you might be able to share your expertise in membership plugins.

I’m looking for a relatively simple plugin.

I looking for a plugin with the :
– Ability to upload current members as we’ve been running something offline and what to open the online content up to those members
– provide a members protected access pages
– Rather than online payment I’m wondering if any plugins can be done totally offline, meaning a user submits an application for membership, then via the backend the admin phones, accepts payment and goes and activates their online account. (I know this idea is a bit antiquated, however the organisation I’m working with is a tightly run NFP).
– Member management, with expiry dates and activation reminders that membership is about to expire.

Appreciate any advice you might have.
