Member Directories show wrong users

Hi, this user “Antonio Lo Cascio” -> https://www.associazionecoach.com/scheda-coach/antonio.lo.cascio/ has “[Rinnovato]Emilia Romagna” role https://imgur.com/a/lQHnLfD

I have a Role for each Italian Region, and I have created a Member Directories for each Role/Italian Region.

The problem on this user is that he his displayed in “Sicilia” Directory https://www.associazionecoach.com/coaching-club-regionali/sicilia/ (mistakenly). He his also displayed correctly in “Emilia Romagna” directory https://www.associazionecoach.com/coaching-club-regionali/emilia-romagna/

Can you help me in this problem?

Hi @igianni84,

Did this user registered using UM registration form? Could you please go to Users menu inside dashboard and manually update this user’s role to Emilia Romagna once again. See if that solves your issue.

If that doesn’t solve your issue, it may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

Yes, the users have all registered from the registration form 🙁

Could you please tell me what version of UM you’re using? Also, have you made any customization with UM hooks?
