media upload problems.

    Hello, I’m new to WP and after overcoming several problems, I could install the program with a theme. Now, I have the following proplema to upload photos. Every time I try, I get this:

    Warning: touch() [function.touch]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10366 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid 0 in /var/www/vhosts/cristobalprado.com/httpdocs/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 177
    Dismiss “_CRS0994 as Smart Object-1.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
    The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/cristobalprado.com/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/.

    I already change the permissions of the directories, but still can not upload images, and for me, that’s the main thing as I am photographer … do not know what else to do. Please, if anyone can help me with this, I would be very grateful.
