Media Page

I have two wordpress sites running on my QNAP, and one of them I would like to have a media page listed.

the pages are home, about, calendars, donations, fleet, lessons, ownership, & qualifications …… I would like to add a media page so that when you click on it the page would display icons of everything in my media library (pictures and video) and they would be clickable items so that when you click on them it would display the picture or play the video.

there has to be an easy way to do this, I would like it to look just like the Media page in the dashboard …..
