Media Fields Issue – Display Settings

    Here is the issue I have:
    1. Add any Pods field to the Media content type.
    2. Go to a post or page and attempt to Insert Media via the Add Media button.
    3. The Add Media screen pops up but the Attachment Display Settings (Alignemnt, Link To, Size) have disappeared!
    4. Delete the Pods field and the Attachment Display Settings come back.

    I get this issue using the 2015 theme with no other plugins active other than Pods. Latest versions of all items.
    Issue exists on my cloud VPS sites as well as standard cPanel sites.

    Is there a setting that I need to set?
