Media datepicker/conditional logic does not work.

You can’t add the custom fields to only the Media (edit) pages, and the datepicker doesn’t work in 3.5 for Media (edit) pages.
It still works for posts, though.
Wanted to use this for uploading/organizing images for a client, but looks like we may have to come up with an alternate solution.
