media

does anyone know of a plugin where i can use it as a media script, similar to a youtube clone like phpmotion. i dont want a plugin that just embeds it from an external site, but actually plays it locally hosted. let me know. thanks. 🙂

p.s. if it uses ajax that would be nice.
something like videos but for media would be nice.
