    I need a how-to for dim people…

    More Questions:
The mDocs Posts are automatically generated when a file is uploaded thru “Memphis Docs > Add New Document” manually?

All files need to be manually uploaded via “Memphis Docs > Add New Document”? (Not thru “mDocs Posts > Add Post” as uploaded attachments when creating a post.)

“mDocs Posts > Add Post” – what is that for?
Is it to write a post with docs from the Document Library as attachments?

    Thank you

    Hi Toni,

yes mdocs post are generated automatically, you should not got into that area to add edit or delete things, Memphis will take care of that for you. The only reason why it is there is to separated it from the normal post on your site so you can easily determine what is a mDocs post and what is a regular post.

mDocs > Add Post is where you should be added all your file you are correct. This will generate a mDocs post as well as a media containing. All editing deleting and adding should occur in this area NOT in mDocs Post.

    Hi,
I am so glad I asked! I almost made a mess.

    This is a bit confusing:

mDocs > Add Post is where you should be added all your file you are correct.
    – mDocs > Add Post is where to add/upload files to library? I thought it was in Memphis Docs > Add New Document?

All editing deleting and adding should occur in this area NOT in mDocs Post.
    – But “this area” you talk about is mDocs Add Post.

Do you mean: Add, Edit, Delete all documents through Memphis Docs. Do not use mDocs > Posts.

Thank you very much for responding so quickly!
    Cheers!
