Your need to do a malware search using Sucuri or similar, then your need to ensure all your template/WordPress files are clean (long process), then check the database. Once your site is clean your need to ensure you harden your WordPress and also harden your host correctly, to prevent this recurring.
Using out of date WordPress installs, plugins and pirated themes/plugins often result in sites being hacked.

I have check mysite with Sucuri but they said: No malware detected but still i get Above Adds
Sucuri sadly doesn’t find everything. Sometimes your need to do checks yourself. I recommend using Google and reading through some guides.
