Mass edit posts to correct YouTube tag…

    Hey there.
    Is there a plugin out there that can find and replace a given string for another through all posts on my blog… office style?

    Just migrated from .com to self-hosted, and now I need to replace [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ID] tags with [youtube ID] only.

    If anyone knows something like this, please send my way.
