Marquee has vanished

I’ve been using your Marquee plugin for several months and it’s been working great! Unfortunately, as I was editing our Sheriff’s website today, I noticed that the Marquee is no longer appearing in the header. I’ve deactivated it and reactivated it. I have it set up to appear before the header on the front page of our website, but it’s just not loading. Any advice?
