Apologies for the delay. I honestly haven’t seen an error like that before. Most likely it’s a conflict with another plugin or your theme. I’d suggest using the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot that. It will allow you to deactivate all plugins and put your site on a default theme ONLY for yourself — your live visitors will not see that. We have a write-up on that here:

Then you can enable plugins one at a time and test again until you see the problem again. Then let me know which plugin caused the conflict and I can take a closer look at replicating the issue for you.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for getting back to me. I just did this, and as far as I can tell the issue is actually with the theme itself – Lambda. If I disable all plugins, and only enable Maps Builder, but have the Lambda theme active, I still get the grey bars. If I switch to the Twenty-Seventeen theme, it looks fine.
I should also mention that for whatever reason I’m no longer getting the weird array of street view icons, but I am getting an odd blue line that moves around to the right of the map where the street view icons used to show up.
