    Trying to get my WordPress site up and running but ran into an issue when adding the GeoDirectory plugin to my Sahifa theme.

    When adding a business listing, it says “No Records Found – Sorry, no record were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.” when looking at the map view.

    I’m assuming this feature should work even with the FREE version of GeoDirectory? I’m new to this. Please help!

    hi,

    there are a number of reason why the map would show no record found, normally it is a missing info from listing entered through the dashboard add listing form. It could be the category missing for example.

    Unfortunately I can’t really help without having a look at your website and backend.

    What I would suggest to do, is to delete whatever listing you entered so far and try to add them from the front end, where it is impossible to skip mandatory fileds.

    I thought I created this post on your support forum, however I’m not seeing an option to make this reply private. I want to know how to do that before posting login credentials.
