Can you disable all other plugins for a second and try again? Also try to switch back to a default WP theme, and see if the problem is caused by your theme.
I do see two errors in the browser console that might make IE not render the page.

The stylesheet https://www.planet-of-fitness.com/wp-content/themes/onetone-pro/css/scheme.less?ver=2.6.3 was not loaded because its MIME type, “text/plain”, is not “text/css”.
Neither of them are from the store locator plugin, by from other files loaded by your site.

Is the theme you are using a premium theme ( you paid for it )?
If so, then you will have to contact the theme author. And even it’s a free theme, still contact the author, because setting the wrong MIME type on the file is very likely the whole reason it breaks.
Is there maybe an option inside the theme options to disable the usage of less files ( optimized / compressed CSS files )?
