Hello support I further tested this issue to disregard a version upgrade problem:
http://dinamicawebecuador.com/wp361/?post_type=product&view=map this one is WordPress version 3.6.1 with WooCommerce version 2.0.14 and theme Twenty Twelve Version 1.2
Above versions are fully compatible with plugin´s Last Updated: 2013-10-6.
This one http://dinamicawebecuador.com/ls1/?product_cat=vallas&view=map is WordPress 3.9.3 and WooCommerce Version 2.2.8.
And the one above http://dinamicawebecuador.com/ls/?product_cat=vallas&view=map is WordPress version 4.1 and WooCommerce Version 2.2.10. This is the one working in the video. When I found out it stopped working, I upgraded; but no.
On december 18th I was using WordPress version 4.0.1 and WooCommerce Version 2.2.8. It was working fine then.
Now, none work. Event the original one working in december in my localhost PC,
Please advice.

UPDATE:
Started working again. The markers are present in the cetegory view in http://dinamicawebecuador.com/ls/?product_cat=vallas&view=map latest WordPress and Woocommerce versions.
I believe the issue obeys to some Google Maps Global Update.
The only issue with the plugin in latest versions might be the css of the view selectors; you can fix this with the custom CSS I used at the end of this post https://wordpress.org/support/topic/will-it-work-with-woocommerce-217?replies=4
