    Hi,

Do you have any error logs for your site? Is there anything in there related to the plugin?

This problem usually means something, PHP or the plugin, is crashing.

    Hi Raul,

Does it happen all the time?

What is the last message you see before it shows “Timed out” or “Unknown problem” message? Was it processing a certain file?

    Jason
