    UPDATE: Nevermind I figured it out; I see where you can put a note in the log entry box.

    Hello,

    Is there a way for a log or note to be reflected on a user’s points profile for a manual adjustment by admin? I know if I was a user and some of my points disappeared (or increased) then I would at want to see a log of how many points were deducted or added and why.
