Mandigo Sidebar Alignment Problem

I am using the Mandigo Theme. Currently i am on the v1.32. When i upgrade to the current v1.36 the 2 sidebar columns in the 1024 mode stay to the right of the main content column even though i have the ‘left’ and ‘right’ radios checked. Same thing happens when switching from left to right also. Both FF and IE displayed the error.

I’ve tried completely removing this theme from my server, re-uploading, and starting from scratch yet the 2 sidebars still align to the right of the main column.

I’ve rolled back to v1.32 and everything looks fine but would like to take advantage of the new code.

Has anyone come across this before?
