Malware installer?

This new app sounds promising. However, does anyone know whether this phrase in the terms of use means that your app will be used to install “helper”/malware apps?

In order to test new features, a search icon & a search widget may be created in the end user’s mobile device (the search widgets will be added only for users who will confirm it).
