Making "Featured in" Column Sortable

    Thank you for your kind words and for your question.

    The Media/Assistant submenu table “Featured In” column is not sortable because an image can be used as a Featured Image in multiple posts and/or pages. What would the proper sort order be for such a case?

    You can go to the Settings/Media Library Assistant Custom Fields tab and define a custom field, using the “featured_in” or “featured_in_title” Data Source. You can experiment with the “Text” and “Single” options for the rule to see which works for your application. If you check the MLA Column box you will get a new, sortable column in the submenu table.

    The Settings/Media Library Assistant Documentation tab has a “Custom field mapping example” section with step-by-step instructions.

    I am marking this topic resolved, but please update it if you have problems or further questions about using a custom field to get the results you need.
