Making Change to Style.css doesn't work

    I am using Genesis expose child theme. I am not using any cache plugin but I use cloudflare which caches the pages. I also tried to cltr+f5 to refresh, cleared the browser cache etc. but still if I make change to my style.css it doesn’t make any change to the site. my site is mobiledokan.com. Help is much appreciated, thanks!
