Making Attachment Pages Full-Width

    Hi,

    I want to make all the attachment pages on my blog full-width, ultimately so the image displays larger. I have already changed the respective setting in the post-template.php file to display large image sizes instead of medium by default, but I’m not sure how to remove the sidebar widget area from those pages as well. I have basic understanding of CSS and Theme Files, and am able to access/edit both, so please help!

    Best if you can provide a link to the page in question and then I can take a quick look at the coding.

    One word of caution though, if you edit any theme files and then you update the theme, your changes will be lost. If you need to modify a theme file, it’s recommended to create a child theme. There is even a plugin that can create a child theme.
