Making a 2 Column Vertical Navigation

    Hi

    I am looking to create a website layout and navigation similar to :

    http://www.kavalabeauty.co.uk/home.html

    All the themes I have looked at have a horizontal menu setup, how can I achieve the menu positions and layout type for this design, for my own WordPress website?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
