Make default language for website

    Hello is it possible to make one default language to the website.I got two languages(Bosnian and English)

    Bosnian is default but if I leave the website in English and I exit the website when I come back it will remember that I exit on English website and open English version.I don’t want that.I want that it always open default first Bosnian then English manually if I want.Is that possible?
