make a theme public

I am redesigning my site and I am going to making my current theme (viewable at http://blog.davidfriedberg.com/) a public theme for anyone to use. Is there a wordpress theme site that I submit my theme to or do I just make it downloadable from my site and post the link to the download somewhere.

I’m thinking about making more themes in the future just for public use to experiment with more complicated designs.
