Major log-in issues

Hello,

I need some major help. Last week, not sure what happened, but I wasn’t able to log in to my admin screen. I think the file got corrupted.
I tried the usual steps, reseting password via email, no email comes to my mail box.
I then tried updating the database file with the user info and again no luck. I had my host look into it and they had a week and came back to me to look on here for the solution.

Today, I updated WP to 2.6 and again nothing.

What other options can i try to get access to my blog any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
