The [mailpoet_page] shortcode isn’t rendering anything in the custom Unsubscribe Page, althought [mailpoet_manage_subscription] works fine in the same page.

Some extra info that might be useful:

– I’m running MailPoet 3
– I did select the Confirmation and Success pages in MailPoet > Settings > Unsubscribe
– I use the Preview buttons (https://d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net/docs/assets/56672fa8c697914361554d94/images/5f3bdb4f2c7d3a352e90f918/file-16eiy1Ck3V.png) and test with Unsubscribe links in actual emails
– I’ve added the shortcode using a lot of methods for testing (tinyMCE editor, php snippet <?php echo do_shortcode(“[mailpoet_page]”);?>, etc.)

Please help!

Thanks for the thorough details you provided!

Can you please send us a screenshot of the shortcode placed in your page editor?

Also, can you please copy and paste the information from “MailPoet > Help > System Info“?

Please make sure to remove any personal details from it (e.g. email address).
