    I’m not sure if I understand your question. Are you referring to a Data Processing Agreement?

    Thank you! But I mean this EU Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the EU Commission for transfers to a processor outside of the EU.

    Hi @ankerkette,

    Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) contract includes the Standard Contractual Clauses and so currently meets the necessary requirements in regards to transferring data out of the EU to the US.
